1: Put on and plug in your VAD PRO
1..Your VAD PRO is made of two Discs and two Acoustic Packages. Each Acoustic Package includes a custom Soft Ear Tip made from your personal ear impressions.
2..Either Acoustic Package can be placed on either Disc. The Discs do not have a particular left-right orientation.
3. To prepare for the next steps, please ensure that your Acoustic Packages are detached from the Discs if they are not already.
To detach an Acoustic Package from a Disc, carefully grip the bottom thicker piece of the Soft Ear Tip (area circled in green.) Avoid grabbing the Acoustic Package from the smaller top end of the silicone (area circled in red.)
